Of course, we are! Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours after being placed. You will be notified once your parcel has been dispatched. We recommend, however, that customers who live in Russia, Africa, Asia, Australia or Latin America contact their postal service first as some of these regions have temporarily closed their borders. If that's the case, please email us at customerservice@hollywoodskin.com and we will immediately proceed with the cancellation and reimbursement of your order.
2. How long will the shipping take?
Due to the pandemic, the demand for courier services has literally skyrocketed. This, coupled with the new social distancing and disinfection protocols adopted by companies, has significantly delayed the delivery of parcels. Based on the feedback provided by PostNord, the new estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. I have tracked my order, but there have been no updates in a while. Who can provide information about its whereabouts?
We suggest that you call your postal office and ask them to do the tracking for you. Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, they are the only ones who will be able to locate it. If they can´t find it, please reach out to us (customerservice@hollywoodskin.com) to request a refund or a replacement. Customers who prefer a refund will have to refuse the package when a delivery attempt is made. Bear in mind that refunds take 5-10 business days to be reflected on your bank account balance.
5. I have finally received my order. Unfortunately, one item was banged up and another was one stolen. Where should I report this issue?
Please, write to customerservice@hollywoodskin.com and attach photographic evidence of the damage caused. Our team will make sure you get a refund/replacement ASAP as well as file the corresponding claim. Any other order-related queries should also be reported to our customer service agent.
