RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Hollywood Skin AB, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of skincare and individual skin responses, specific return conditions apply.


1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS – EU LAW)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

Refund conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition.

  • You may only handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical store.

  • Opened products may only be tested to a minimal extent (e.g. one application).

We reserve the right to make deductions from the refund if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function.


2. IMPORTANT – SKINCARE USAGE GUIDELINES

Skincare products should always be introduced carefully.

  • We strongly recommend introducing one product at a time to assess skin compatibility.

  • Using multiple new products simultaneously may increase the risk of skin reactions.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used as part of a full routine or in combination with multiple new products at once.


3. HYGIENE & PRODUCT CONDITION

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Products that have been used beyond initial testing (more than 1–2 applications) are not eligible for a refund.

  • Products that are significantly used, partially empty, or altered will not be refunded.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and assess all returned items before approving a refund.


4. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

This guarantee is designed to allow customers to test products carefully and responsibly.

Conditions:

  • Products may only be tested once or twice to evaluate suitability.

  • The guarantee does not apply to products that have been extensively used or tested as part of a full skincare routine.

  • The guarantee does not apply where multiple products have been introduced simultaneously and a reaction occurs.

Return shipping costs are not covered.


5. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund (including shipping), or

  • A replacement product

We may request photographic evidence or return of the item for quality inspection.


6. RETURNS PROCESS

Before returning any items, you must contact us at:

We will provide return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

  • Items must be securely packaged.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.


7. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Returns must include a valid order reference.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

  • Returns requested after 30 days may be declined.
