Returns policy

You, our customers are our most valuable asset and we at Hollywoodskin ensure to satisfy you to the fullest! We have therefore, included in our Returns Policy not only the right to cancel or exchange the goods, but also a full money back guarantee system.

 

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Hollywood Skin AB, Vretenvägen 13B, 171 54 Stockholm, Sweden, sales@hollywoodskin.com ) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). 

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

 

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

NON-RECEIPT OF ITEMS

In case, a time period of 7 days passes by and you have not received your order, contact us at Hollywoodskin through phone or email and place your complaint. We will conduct an internal review, track down your order in our various departments and inform you about its present state, as soon as possible. 

 

FAULTY/ DAMAGED GOODS

If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund. Please contact us at sales@hollywoodskin.com

If some fault from our side has occurred, then you have the following two choices:

  • Return the product for a complete refund, including shipping charges.
  • Return the product to be exchanged for another product from our store.

Should a replacement not be required please notify us and we will refund the cost of the damaged products. Please note that it may be necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods or in more severe cases, we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for Quality Review investigation.

Where goods are believed to be faulty, please notify us of your intent to return the goods in writing or by email. All goods believed to be faulty will be required for Quality Review. Once this item/items have been received, a Quality Review Investigation will take place which can take 5-7 working days to complete. Correspondence will be made directly with the customer.

 

RETURNING GOODS

If, for any reason, the order you received was incorrect, or not up to your expectations, please notify us of your intent to return the goods in writing or by email. We will let you know where to send back the items and initiate a return transaction. As soon as we receive the products back, we will issue the refund money as per the information given by you.

All returns should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which the items were originally received, with the order reference clearly displayed on the exterior. If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that the goods arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.

We recommend that returns are made via recorded delivery and/ or that a proof of postage is obtained, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. In case, if there is no fault occurred from our side, then the customer is liable to pay shipping charges.
