Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to investigate claims beyond this timeframe due to carrier policies.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries within the EU Customs Union, VAT and duties are included for orders up to €150.
Orders above this amount may be subject to additional local taxes or customs clearance fees.
Please note that certain regions — including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland Islands, and overseas territories such as French Guiana, Réunion, and the Azores — may be excluded from IOSS VAT rules.
