An independent testing company runs all our skincare tests on human volunteers - we never test our products on animals. We always try to use as many naturally derived ingredients as possible, which we source from around the world.
We ship to most Countries. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to some Countries such as Iraq and parts of Africa. We regularly ship to mainland Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan.

We will send replacements free of charge if your order gets damaged in transit or lost and we will try to reply to all enquiries within 1 working day. We like to keep things simple and straightforward. Every open order you have with us will show up under your account. Once the order has been shipped, the tracking information will appear. You will also receive the tracking information in the shipping confirmation email once your package has shipped. You can also use our Track an Order page to get information about shipped orders.
We aim to ship all of our order within 8 business hours. If you place your order before 3pm Sweden Central Time, your order will be shipped same day. We do not ship orders on weekends or national holidays.
We are unable to change the shipping information of a package once your order has been placed. Some shipping providers may allow you to change the destination of your order. Please contact the shipping provider to see if it is possible.
Please report this to us as soon as possible so we may take the appropriate action.
Depending upon the shipping service you selected, they will either leave the package in a secure location or leave a calling card telling you how to retrieve your package. The tracking information associated with your package should indicate which option the shipping provider chose. You can access your tracking information on our Track Your Order.
Although most orders arrive earlier, please allow up to 21 business days for orders shipped outside of Sweden/ Europe using the Standard Saver shipping option.
Please check with you local postal service to see if they were unable to deliver the package and are waiting for you to collect it. Although it is rare, foreign customs can hold packages in quarantine for up to 90 days. We recommend checking with your local customs authority as well. If neither of these government agencies have your package, you should Contact Us.
Once your order has successfully been processed, a confirmation page will pop up with your order reference. We'll send you a confirmation email too (just to be sure).
If your payment is unsuccessful for any reason, you'll see a declined message displayed on the final checkout page. We suggest that you return to the checkout page to make sure all the details you entered are correct before trying to re-submit your order. You'll be able to update your payment options with a different method if necessary.
